THE HTO Family:
Over the last year we found ourselves impacting the community in a much different way than we anticipated. Just this last year we helped over 180 people lose anywhere from 5-60lbs and counting.
Most of you guys know we offer a fitness class that incorporates cycling, weight lifting and plus to top it off a post workout shake at the end.
Now we've decided to lean into it and create an entire Transformation Program that offers that plus accountability, 1-1 training and a community of people who wont let you fail.
We will still be serving shakes and teas so don't worry but we feel that we have been called for more than just making drinks for you guys.
We appreciate all the support from you guys and are super excited for the future.
